PROCEEDINGS

SAAP 2010 Program Committee has come to a working agreement with Springer-Verlag and is pleased to announce

Call for papers on Special Volume

Stochastic Processes and Probability 2010

in the Springer book series in Mathematics.

Papers on the theory and applications of stochastic processes concerned with a broad spectrum of concepts and techniques, and oriented towards of stochastic processes, stochastic models, stochastic differential equations, stochastic partial differential equations, stochastic analysis (theoretical and numerical), parametric estimation, branching processes, applications are welcome.

The SAAP 2010 committees and the editors helped by special sessions organizers and external experts, if it is necessary, will referee each submitted paper. The selection will be carried out during the review process as well as at the conference presentation stage.

Please remember that Submitted paper should present new material and not duplicate other papers already published or due to be published. It also should contain sufficient backgrounds and motivations, present proofs, or at least outlines of such in sufficient detail to facilitate the process of reference.

Each Author should sign the Copyright Agreement which includes an explicit statement that the paper in its final form has not been submitted elsewhere.

All the participants at SAAP 2010 have the possibility of submitting the full paper of their contribution for the publication in this proceedings.

The proceedings will include carefully selected papers on many aspects of stochastic processes and probability, chosen from:

  • the invited lectures
  • the accepted submitted contributions
  • some invited contributions that authors are not participants at the conference event

The proceedings could also include one or two longer survey articles on recent developments in the field: Stochastic Processes and Probability.
Authors are invited to write their papers following the “Springer- Authors Guidelines” instructions that you can find in the paragraph “Author Guidelines” of this Web Site.

Deadline for submission:  September 17, 2010
Notification to authors of acceptance or rejection: October 17, 2010
Final submission of revised papers: November 17, 2010
